In my opinion a healthy life style it's the way how the pleople whoose to life like any one do, it,s when somebody likes to have a spiritual lifestyle, to do some activities ( exercise) , to have a good supply, don't do negative habits like smoke, or another things like drugs or alchohol; bad things for our health.
but It's sad to see a lot of people lost in bad habits, also I think that in middle of our society there are so many negative factors that promote a bad lifestyle for example:
the world of mode
the stress .
for me a healthy lifestyle It's not only a good plan of exercise or diet It's something deep: when you are a good person with the others when you are a spiritual person, conscious of the reality.
